Product Video – Black Creek Labs: Innovation & Improvement
Producing a product video to showcase improvement. Black Creek Laboratories provides defense solutions to government organizations across the globe. Their technical knowledge in research and development, defence manufacturing, procurement and training has helped them on their mission to advance global security. As a result, they have become a leader in their industry. Their attention to detail in their products is very impressive. Because of that, we were honoured to have them as a client.
To use video production to showcase the company’s amount of expertise. Also, to capture the attention to detail and quality manufacturing Black Creek Labs invests into their products. The company wanted to communicate their care for creating high quality products. In addition to this, they wanted to show their passion for continuous improvement. Secondly, they wanted a video to use for marketing purposes.
We created a 60-second product video for Black Creek Labs showcasing their effort to refine their products. So, rather than listing the upgrades to their new product, we wanted to share the company’s philosophy on improvement. Therefore, this was done through a concept piece – a creative narrative of a boy whose grandfather taught him the importance of always striving to be better. The story is told in a way that parallels the boy’s experience with the brand philosophies. This creates an emotional connection with potential customers who also share a passion for innovation in this industry.
The warm visuals of the boy and his grandfather walking, contrast against the cold-toned scenery of the labs where these detailed products are meticulously made. In addition to the creative visuals, we included foley (sound effects and score) to create an impactful edit.
